Rates are set by either:

• project (flat fee)

• hourly

• day rate / contracted retainer

Executions like website builds, process improvements and plans, copywriting etc. - these are usually handled as projects with a set, flat fee.

Certain services require ongoing attention which are billed by the hour.

Some functions like Fractional Management and advisory arrangements operate according to agreed upon terms and are billed on a day rate or retainer basis.

Whatever the case, we can meet - either in person, on a video call or on the phone to discuss your needs.

From there I’ll create a scope of works based on your desired outcomes and provide a quote / price.

There’s no obligation to move forward after we chat and absolutely no cost to you unless we agree to move forward on a service or project together.

I don’t charge for initial meetings or calls unless we’re diving straight into strategy / the work, so please feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs.
